Located in Broad Street next to Bargain Booze, Wizard Fancy Dress has everything for those wanting to dress up. I visited the shop and was really impressed with the stock on offer and the professionalism. All items hired are washed and ironed before being available again to rent.
Darth Vader, Chewbacca and the Stars collection are very impressive as are the vast collection of real military uniforms. Some really great stuff here for the Halloween period too. A short bio from Jean Nelson the owner:
Wizard Fancy Dress opened in 1998 originally at Bletchley Park hiring original military uniforms. After 2 years there we moved to Newport Pagnell spending 6 years next to Dolphin Laundry behind the Rose & Crown Pub before moving 15 years ago to our present shop in Broad Street.
Hire good quality outfits including Medieval period, Cartoon Characters, Super Heros, Military and even a great Star Wars Collection! We also sell lots of adult packaged costumes and accessories such as hats, wigs, make up, fancy masks , swords, even a plastic chain saw!
Not forgetting children’s book week and school themed outfits often a complete life saver for many mums who need last minute costumes.
